The holidays are just around the corner!  This is the time of year when you can wear your most opulent, glittering jewelry pieces in all together.  I always say you can never really wear too much jewelry.  When I dream about lavish jewels, I automatically think of Queen Elizabeth I.  She definitely knew how to rock multiple pieces at once.  I’ve put together my top jewelry picks for the (more…)

Tomorrow is Halloween and I couldn’t be more excited.  Andres and I will be celebrating with a special showing of the 1931 Dracula film and party at the beautiful, gothic Ace Hotel in Los Angeles.  If you haven’t been there, I recommend you do so, the architecture is stunning; perfect for Halloween!

Yesterday was the presentation of the Gucci Spring 2016 RTW collection and I must say I was completely blown away.  I absolutely love what Gucci’s new creative director, Alessandro Michele, has been doing with the collection especially with the jewelry.  There’s been a lot of dreamy lion rings from Gucci that are on my wish list.  Anyway, this collection really spoke to me because of (more…)

This past weekend, Andres and I went to go see the film, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and I was completely blown away by the fashion in it, so I was really inspired to blog about it.  It was overall a great film and if you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend you do so even if it’s just to see the fashion.  The film takes place in the 1960’s and costume designer, Joanna Johnston, did a spectacular job of interpreting it in the most glamorous way.  She took her inspiration from (more…)
